Calling .Net WebService Using SOAP

Step 1:Download the ksoap library from following link

http://ksoap2-android.googlecode.com/svn/m2-repo/com/google/code/ksoap2-android/ksoap2-android-assembly/2.6.0/ksoap2-android-assembly-2.6.0-jar-with-dependencies.jar 

Step 2: Copy the ksoap jar file and paste into libs folder in your project.

Step 3: Add the following code into your Activity Class.
